This course focuses on the Setting Up of a Successful PdM Program, assuring that the Most Important Elements are put into place. The alternative course, Introduction to Vibration Analysis, emphasizes the Analysis of the Vibration Data.
This course is designed for the New Analyst, Maintenance Engineer, Supervisor/ Manager, or Reliability Engineer with Little or No Formal Training but is responsible for (or will have to account for) the success of the program. This person may not need to become a fully qualified analyst. The Class is presented in an Unbiased Format, Generic to Industry Hardware and Software Products. This ñintroductoryî course is not "Hands-on" but provides several in-class Demonstrations to Support and Emphasize Important Vibration Topics.
This course was designed by Full Spectrum Diagnostics to ñmeetî or ñexceedî the minimum requirements of the American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT) Vibration Analysis method outlined in ASNT SNT-TC-1A Recommended Practice and the minimum requirements of the International Standards Organization (ISO) Specification Document ISO 18436-1 and ISO18436-2 with respect to course content, instruction hours, and examination format.
